Thoughts from Washington DC:
1. I find it a bit disconcerting that I know my way around the Mall from Playing Fallout 3
2. The Subway stations are also very accurate in the game
3. It is effing Hot
4. Walking along one gets a sens for the sheer history of the place; I really need to come back when there is time to look around at length
5. The Sushi in Arlington is par at best
Infinity Gauntlet!
This is film prop from Marvel. Not sure which film; but I am stoked at the very concept of cosmic movies!
Productive
How is this for a productive weekend:
Cleaned the upstairs landing area
Painted the trim going down the stairs
Installed a new Shower curtain rod into the tile walls
Brought down three trees in the back yard and made them into fire-wood
Dug up the concrete block that at one point held a cloths-line pole
Dug the other up but ended up cutting the pole beneath ground level to avoid the pain of moving the concrete
Oh, we also bought a brand new 2k10 Nissan Versa
On The Road
I was in LA last week, next week I will be in Atlanta and then Raleigh, two weeks after that I will be in Atlanta. Then Orlando, then Vegas, and back to Vegas after three days home.
Lots of time in the air over the next two months…
Fringe Season 2
Just saw the season finale of Fringe, and I have to say that I saw it coming from a mile away. Kind of upsetting considering how well the rest of the season went.
